PILLAR RECRUITING TO EXPAND ITS SERVICE OFFERINGS
Pillar Recruiting, LLC, an accounting and finance strategic staffing and search firm located in Cincinnati, is excited to announce they have added new staff and continue to expand its service offerings.
“Our ultimate goal is for Pillar Recruiting to be one of the top staffing firms in the area. We are truly blessed to have the level of success we have had over the past 2 years and we are excited to continue to expand our company,” states Ben Bernecker, Partner and one of the two co-founders. Pillar recently hired an additional recruiter in their Blue Ash based office and have plans to hire 2-3 more recruiters and several additional researchers in 2018.
“Since we started Pillar Recruiting, we have been lucky to successfully make placements with more than 30 different companies located in the Cincinnati, Dayton and Columbus area,” said Bernecker. He continued “Many of our clients have asked us to help with contract or consulting need in addition to our full-time placements, so adding to our internal staff allows us to expand our offerings.”
Pillar Recruiting was started in January 2016 by Ben Bernecker and Adam Szczepanski, who together have over 35 years of previous staffing experience. After many years of working in this space, they recognized a need in the market for an old-fashioned way to place people, a personalized method that prioritizes personal relationships and an expert level understanding of the market. “Our model is based on a high-touch, high-quality approach that customizes searches on a personal level,” said Szczepanski. “Each search is focused on a match that supports the goals of both the employer and the potential employee.”
As hiring in the market continues to increase, the fight for talent becomes extremely competitive. “The shelf life for finance and accounting professionals in the Cincinnati market is becoming increasingly short. We are seeing permanent hires occur in less than a week and contractors landing jobs within 1-2 days,” added Pillar’s co-founder, Adam Szczepanski.
